There will be times when you see dramatic change and then it may plateau for a while: it’s a staircase.

Sleep, Exercise & Stress are all interconnected. Sleeping less than 7 hours can make us overeat.

Quick fixes aren’t sustainable for long term. Make running as per plan & dietary changes a life-long habit.

Add new habits only when you can handle them – drinking enough water, cutting all outside food, cutting sugar, cutting rice & chapati by 50% & daily run.

Maybe you weigh the same and still there’s a spring in your step. ASK: Do you feel lighter? Have more energy? Move more freely?

Instead ramp up water & veges intake instead of rice & chapati. Say NO to outside junk drink water instead to make you full.
