Add new habits only when you can handle them – drinking enough water, cutting all outside food, cutting sugar, cutting rice & chapati by 50% & daily run.
Maybe you weigh the same and still there’s a spring in your step. ASK: Do you feel lighter? Have more energy? Move more freely?
Instead ramp up water & veges intake instead of rice & chapati. Say NO to outside junk drink water instead to make you full.
